Picasso Mania at the Grand Palais is the big exhibition in town and this morning we visited it. Unfortunately we hadn’t figured that Armistice Day was a public holiday in France and the nearest metro station was closed, there was also far more people looking for entertainment so the queues were long.
The exhibition is about Picasso’s influence on recent artists (including Condo, Prince, Kippenburger, Basquiat… and many more), so it’s right up our rue.
